Being an expert in designing Microprocessor / Microcontroller based systems, Firmware, Device Drivers and communication protocol stacks, he has built, led and managed partnership programs with chipset vendors to develop and launch mobile multimedia products in the global market.

He has also managed multi-site development teams and interfaced with global customers like Infineon, Panasonic Mobile Communications, Nortel Networks, and several others. Earlier, he held various technical roles with companies like Tejas Networks, Aricent Communications and Sasken.

He is also an avid enthusiast of Linux and open source software development. Antoniraj holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University and Master of Science in Software Systems from BITS, Pilani.

Siva Prasad brings with him 25 years of rich expertise in the Electronics industry. He has an extensive knowledge and experience as a business development & strategic consultancy, professional in VLSI designing, Semiconductor components, Board designs, Firmware & Systems software, embedded development tools, Single board computers, Instrumentation & Communication technologies.

He has held senior business development roles at Trident Infosol, Arcus technology (acquired by Cypress) & TRINC USA. Siva Prasad has organized several National and International conferences & Speaker at various forums. Siva Prasad has done his Masters degree from NIT (REC) - Warangal and has undergone training programs at NRSA - Hyderabad & CEERI - Pilani.

Academic & personal experience includes Teaching, Training, Counseling, Guiding, Research, analysis, Personality development & Philosophy. Siva was given as one of the best outgoing student awards during his undergraduate days at AC College Guntur. Siva was one of the founder members of "Yuva Maha Mandal" which is involved in various social service, literary & philosophical activities.

Mahalingam Koushik has more than 13 years of widespread product development experience in various product domains including Clean tech, Fintech, IoT, home automation and automotive industries. He is an expert in Embedded system design, Wireless technologies, Power Electronics, Hardware design and Firmware Engineering.

He has owned complete Product development at Multiple start-ups, through all stages from concept to production. He has setup & managed engineering teams including Hardware, Mechanical, Firmware, Mobile and Web App development. He has also held senior technical roles at various leading companies such as Intel and Harman.

Mahalingam champions innovation and disruption. He enjoys working with dynamic focused teams in handling challenging projects with time, knowledge and resource constraints. Mahalingam has completed his BTech from IIT Madras in Electronics engineering, and a Masters from RPI, USA specialising in Power Electronics.

Mr Senthilkumar Dhamodharan has his Masters in VLSI and he had worked with global technology powerhouses such as Qualcomm, AMD, NXP over a period of 15 years.

He has accumulated extensive experience working on test engineering and characterization of chips .

His experience includes till the advanced process technology nodes such as 7nm Server/Mobile/Modem/HDTV CPUs, GPUs. Performing requisite functional and structural debug, test program development, ATE correlation with other platforms such as bench system, test time reduction, yield analysis and improvement.

He has joined Caliber and has taken up the mantle of Director-Test Engineering ,IP developments to spearhead the silicon testing efforts.

He has a proven track record of building up high performance testing team focusing on adding value to global clients. A consummate technologist at heart, he enjoys interacting with people and exploring places across the world.

Assaf Nave has more than 20 years of experience in leading LAN Access Device manufacturing & back-end. His expertise includes overseeing of silicon validation at both TSMC and Intel Sort houses,managing silicon package ,assembly and test processes.

Leading and designing the test strategy for different testing platforms for the most advanced devices in the industry etc. In his role as VP customer success, he works closely with our customers in Israel to understand both their stated and unstated needs and drives our team to deliver outstanding value for the clients.

He is instrumental in building a sustainable relationship with customers and champions their interest always.

Joshua Kimn brings his 25+ years of experience in the semiconductor test business to provide industry-standard semiconductor test solutions to major semiconductor manufacturers.Joshua has successfully established multi-million dollar business by leading the efforts in the design/development and sales of probe cards(MEMS, pogo type), test sockets, probe pin, test boards and supporting hardware to industry giants such as Qualcomm, TI, Intel, Apple, Micron, NXP, Broadcom/Avago, and On-Semiconductor.

In his earlier stint, he had a critical role of establishing Qualcomm’s Singapore test center in 2007, being involved in the hiring as well as the training of 20+ engineers, which has now grown to 250 engineers within 10 years. During his tenure at Verigy, Agilent, Hewlett Packard and Teradyne, Joshua's various sales and technical responsibilities included providing of SOC/memory testers and supporting hardware as well as spearheading test program developments to detect design/manufacturing failures.

Joshua received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, his M.S. in Computer Engineering and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.

Maheshwari.A is the Director of Operations of Caliber Interconnect Solutions. She oversees the overall Operations & Finance Management for the organization and also supports in business development and sales activities of the company.

Ms.Maheshwari has played a significant role in setting up the systems and procedures which ensure that the wheels of organization turn quickly to serve the need of our global customers. She has over 15 years of experience in diverse industries including textiles and ITES.

Since joining Caliber in 2007, she has held a number roles including manager (Accounts) , manager (Operations) etc. She holds a degree in B.Com from Lady Doak College, Madurai and MBA ( Finance & Marketing) from Madurai Kamaraj University. She is a fitness enthusiast and an avid yoga practitioner. As a multi-linguist , she is proficient in Japanese, French and Hindi.
