He began his career as a CAD engineer in Chennai,subsequently had worked in Gulf for globally renowned engineering consultancy firms such as DuPont de Demours, WS Atkins,Mott MacDonald in petrochemical and water desalination projects.

His deep understanding of CAD tools and his consummate mastery of programming had enabled him to develop several path breaking solutions for process optimization in the product engineering domain.

Mr.Suresh has worked to bring the benefits of technology to new industries through an increasingly diverse product engineering portfolio in Semiconductor , Avionics, Railways, Industrial, IOT (Internet of Things) Embedded Product Engineering, board Design, Hardware Simulation and IC/SIP Packaging solutions,next generation products such as Wearable Devices, Automotive, clean energy based medical and Military designs etc.

Under his leadership, Caliber has become an integral part of the global semiconductor industry and has been recognized as a reliable partner to many leading names in the industry.He holds an MS from BITS, Pilani.

Prathibha graduated with a degree in Electronics & Communication and has 25 years of experience in ATE Test PCB hardware design ,ATE test development, High Speed/density Interconnects, and IC Package Design.

She has successfully groomed and managing a team of over 300 engineers involved in PCB/SIP/IC package design and electrical analysis.

She has led and directed projects for outsourced package and wafer test interface board design for clients including many of the world's leading test interface board vendors and ATE test system suppliers. Prathibha has developed proven Design, QC process and automated tools for ATE test development .

She has in-depth experience in all popular testers and its instrumentations. She has successfully executed many critical high frequency design projects.

Prathibha has earned the esteem of the industry and has been recognized for her exceptional management and resource planning capability, combined with her formidable technical skills.
