Kodeeshwaran,in his capacity as a Senior Manager, handles a wide array of design engineering projects for Caliber Interconnects Solutions, including ATE Interface board designs,High Speed Designs & RF and Analog designs etc.

He had joined the company as a design engineer soon after his engineering graduation from Anna university in 2005.He has proved his mettle through his single minded focus to the work and gifted with a phenomenal technical acumen he along with his team, has delivered hundreds of successful designs for our customers.

He has been instrumental in setting up the process and quality standard for which we have received global recognition.His meteoric rise in career has brought him several opportunities to travel to different parts of the world to work for our many clients.He fervently believes in the cause of native farming practices and assiduously practices nature friendly lifestyle.

Gowrisankar has a graduate degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Started his career as a lecturer and eventually migrated to electronics industry.

A decade of experience in SI/PI Simulations, High-Speed & High-Density PCB layout design.

An IPC certified Interconnect Designer, CID+(Advanced). His expertise area is Signal Integrity and Power Integrity simulations for PCB and IC packages/substrates.

Versatile experience in High Speed Interfaces as like PCI, DDR, USB, GbE, MIPI, UFS and so on.

Have implemented high performance layout for RF and matching/tuning circuits. Proficient in low IR-drop & low noise PDN design techniques for high current designs, >550 Amps, in substarte and PCB level.

Prabakaran K is currently the Senior Manager at Caliber and manages a Test Engineering cohort. He has been associated with us since 2007 and is having more than 13 years of experience in Semiconductor Industry.

He has extensively contributed to successful post silicon bring up for a variety of digital, memory,mixed-signal devices and has closely worked with our customers to provide end to end support starting from test plan creation till post-production support such as test time reduction and yield optimization on Advantest 93k and Teradyne uFlex.

An affable person gifted with people skills and has a great sense of humor. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music and loves to read about history and biographical tales of extraordinary individuals.

He holds a graduate degree in electronics engineering from Anna University and an M.Tech degree in Microelectronics from BITS ,Pilani.

Mrs.Tamilarasi.P has 12 years of experience .She started her career as PCB design Engineer for ATE and HSD boards.

She joined the company in 2010 as a Senior Designer and then contributed extensively in building robust talent pool for critical Package/Substrate designs and HSD designs and eventually promoted as a Manager for HSD and Package team.

She received her Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Anna University and an M.Tech degree in Microelectronics from BITS ,Pilani.She loves to learn new things and indulges in creative work.

Mr.Karthikeyan.M , Senior Manager (Design) of Caliber Interconnect Solutions , began his career as CAM Engineer.

He joined the company in 2011 as a QC Trainee,steadily rose through the ranks by dint of his hard work and continuous learning that got him promoted in rapid succession as a QC Manager.

He has played a crucial role in systematizing Quality and CAM Processes and actively invests his energy in training and grooming fresh engineering recruits .

He received his Bachelor of Engineering  in Electrical Engineering from Anna University.

He is passionate about preserving holistic agriculture practices ,collecting rare seeds and planting trees.

Nachi has been with Caliber since 2010.Currently,he is the Manager-Silicon Testing at Caliber,in charge of delivering end to end test development solutions for a number of customers.Throughout the years, he has been instrumental in handling multiple projects in test engineering across different tester platforms.

With the solid understanding of ATE tester instrumentation and testing expertise, he brings an unique understanding of ATE design requirements and test expertise together to provide cost effective test solutions for many High speed digital and Mixed signal devices to our customers.
